Without their inclusion education may became a difficult task. They may call as the architects who made the building as they want to be. According to some religious views teachers possess great reputation and the believers must respect them. In history their exists hundreds of examples that those who have respected their teacher became successful person in that era. A teacher must act according to his field and treat the students as he/she treat his/her own daughter/son. A teacher must be a foresight person and have a brrowed mind,a good teacher must know all about his/her student. Teacher changes the world, is a universal truth.
